Our Story
The owners, Shannon and Amanda have both worked in education and tutoring for over a decade. Having worked with schools, schooling districts, universities, in-person and online tutoring, they felt that there was a need for a new type of personal tutoring, especially one that specifically caters to the individual needs of learners. Our vision is to provide a highly individualized service, where the focus is placed on the unique needs of the student, and where our tutors form trusted relationships with their students to help encourage and grow their confidence in all aspects of their academic lives. Both Shannon and Amanda are currently members of the National Tutoring Association.

The Tutor Team aims to provide excellent mentorship, assisting learners to improve their reading and writing skills, while fostering a lifelong enthusiasm for learning.
